Accessibility Statement

Our aim

This site should work for everyone who needs it, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced motion settings. We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA as our target.

What we have done

• Semantic headings, landmarks, and lists throughout, so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
• Full keyboard access with visible focus states on every interactive element, including the main navigation.
• Color contrast checked against WCAG AA for text and interface elements.
• Descriptive alternative text on product and category imagery, and decorative images marked as such.
• Motion that respects the reduced motion setting in your operating system, including the scrolling ticker on the homepage.
• Form fields with real labels, and status messages announced to assistive technology.

Known limitations

We are not claiming certified conformance. No independent audit has been run on this rebuild yet.

The documentation library holds several hundred PDFs, many of them produced years ago. Those documents were not authored by us for the web and some are not tagged for screen readers. If you need the contents of a specific sheet in an accessible format, contact us and we will get it to you.

The video gallery embeds a third-party player. Captions on those videos are controlled by the video service, not by this site.

If something on this site is hard or impossible to use, we want to hear about it. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, and we will work on it and get you the information you needed in the meantime.
